Golden State Dogs is the daughter company of Dante’s Inferno Dogs (dantesinfernodogs.com) which has been operating for over 20 years in Seattle, Washington.

My wife Melissa and I have four boys. Our oldest son Ethan has a rare chromosome deletion called 5pminus (https://fivepminus.org). After I left the US Navy as a Search and Rescue Swimmer I became a Christian pastor. I was serving a church in South Carolina, but after many years, we exhausted all the schooling options for my son. In the summer of 2019 we drove across the country to enroll my son in a better school in San Diego. I maxed out 2 credit cards to launch a business I truly believed in. With a ton of sweat equity, Golden State Dogs weathered the pandemic and now 4 years later is a fixture in San Diego County when it comes to quality catering services.

I am proud to say that Golden State Dogs has also given back thousands of dollars of complementary service and financially donated to local non-profits and community organizations and programs.
